These terms and conditions apply to all services and visits at Moment. By making a reservation or taking a seat at our establishment, you agree to these provisions.
1. Reservations & Groups
Individual Reservations: Individual bookings are binding once confirmed by us.
Group Bookings: For groups of 8 people or more, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance. Moment reserves the right to request a deposit or apply adjusted terms for group bookings.
Late Arrivals: We will hold your table for a maximum of 30 minutes past the agreed time. In the event of a later arrival without prior notice, the table may be released to other guests.
2. Payments
Settlement: All refreshments and services must be paid for immediately at the end of your visit.
Pricing: All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Gift Cards: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within their validity period.
3. House Rules & Conduct
Respectful Behavior: We expect our guests to maintain a respectful attitude toward our staff, the property, and other guests.
Outside Food & Drinks: The consumption of personally brought food or beverages is strictly prohibited.
Smoking Policy: The indoor area of Moment is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace.
Pets: Pets are welcome, provided they do not cause any inconvenience or disruption to other guests.
4. Liability
Personal Belongings: Moment is not liable for the theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings inside the establishment or on the terrace.
Property Damage: Any damage caused by a guest to the interior, equipment, or property of Moment by Hotel O will be charged directly to the guest responsible.
5. Complaints & Disputes
Immediate Resolution: Please report any complaints directly to our team during your visit, allowing us the opportunity to resolve the matter for you immediately.
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
